Recent research has revealed that Latin America has great potential for growth and development in the near and far future. St. Benedict Biscop has taken the company to Latin America, where the current projects are being worked on. Please see current projects.
We are in the negotiating stage for future projects. More opportunity is available in Latin America, the United Emirates and possibly the Philippines. We will go where our work takes us and with a little help from St. Benedict we will continue to be successful.
Land is a 'Four Letter Word'
When people think of land development, many images and ideas come to mind. They think of housing, in its many forms; single dwellings, duplexes, triplexes, condominiums and apartment buildings, hotels and motels, casinos and resorts. Combinations of all of these and many variations of them as well. A myriad of ideas and projects to make money from sale and resale over the years. Land can also be sold just as it is for others to develop.
However, as the title states, 'Land' to St. Benedict Biscop Benedictine Corporation is a four letter word. It is FOOD.
Land for food production is by no means a new concept. However, for those of us who do not farm or do not wish to begin farming, the prospect of investing in land that produces food for sale is very appealing.
